Monday afternoon the Development Review Committee takes up two petitions tied to Christ Fellowship Townhomes, both covering the same 9.49 acres of recently annexed property. The applicant is requesting that the city assign a future land use designation to the parcel, which would move it from Palm Beach County Low Residential to Palm Beach Gardens Residential Medium, and is separately requesting to rezone that same acreage as a planned unit development. Nothing is settled: these are requests, and the committee has not acted on either one. The meeting runs 3 to 4 p.m. at 10500 N. Military Trail.
